Pieces of Personality, or pop!, is a graphic system that visually translates personality types and interpersonal compatibility to increase connection and understanding between college students.
Created using existing psychological personality associations of both shape and color, pop! aims to bridge the gap between perception and expression.
This project features an assessment that assigns users a keychain reflecting individual personality traits. The interaction of these shapes reveals compatibility, encouraging users to connect through a shared experience.
Whether in a team setting or friendly encounter, our personality shapes our behavior and influences how we respond to challenges and approach solutions. However, individuals may struggle to communicate these qualities in a way that is easily recognized by others.
pop! utilizes existing personality associations of shape and color to create an informed graphic system that visually translates abstract concepts, including personality traits and compatibility.
